Services
AYCSPM will provide peace of mind and reduce the emotional and often financial stress of a building project by representing our clients, who do not have either the time or skills to engage in their building project, by providing professional client side project management and ensuring a smooth process in delivering projects from inception to completion by utilising project management skills (planning, leading, organising, executing, monitoring and controlling) at all stages of the Project Life Cycle:
